Initial Design Meeting
Our designer will meet with you in your space—land, home, apartment or business—to review your ideas and talk about design possibilities. Our designer will ask about your preferences in materials, colors, styles and budget-making suggestions when appropriate. Measurements for windows, furniture or flooring may be taken.

Design Development
The designer will return to our offices to make selections based on your preferences. Selections may include wall coverings, window treatments, flooring, carpets, area rugs, furniture, fabrics, lighting, accessories and art. If space planning is required, our designer will work out suggested floor plans.

Design Presentation
Our designer presents the selections chosen for your space. You may view examples of such items as photographs, layouts, sample fabrics, and sample window treatments to give you a comprehensive idea of the proposed additions or changes. Selections may be finalized at this presentation or you may wish to look at more samples.

Reselection
Your input throughout the process and your satisfaction at every stage is very important to us. Our designer will revise and finalize the selections.

FEES
Our professional staff is educated in interior and exterior design for residential and commercial locations. Our years of experience translate into creative solutions for your new or existing home or office. Nordeen Design Gallery provides the expertise to supply the unique and personal designs you want.

General
A proposal is submitted to you. Work begins when the proposal is signed and a 50% down payment is made on the products listed. Costs include the time to do research on products, design time, consultation time, product acquisition time, and final layout time. Our proposal will include travel expenses if your property is located beyond a 15-mile radius of La Crosse. Residential
Residential new home construction projects or remodeling construction fees are set at either a fixed square-foot cost or at an hourly rate that ranges from $50 - $80 per hour.

Commercial
Commercial design fees are based on the scope of the job. We visit your site and prepare an estimate range for the total project.
